PITUDUH: Journal of Physical Education, Human Development and Health Studies publishes two issues per year, in January and July.

Number of Articles
Each issue ordinarily contains Five to twelve articles. The journal does not expand issue size to accommodate volume; the number of articles published is governed by what passes peer review, not by submission pressure.
Continuous Publication
Accepted manuscripts are published online as soon as copy-editing and proofreading are complete, without waiting for the issue to close. Each article receives a DOI at the point of online publication and is fully citable from that moment. Volume, issue number, and page range are assigned when the issue is finalised.
Indicative Processing Times
- Initial editorial screening: 3–7 days from submission
- Peer review: 3–6 weeks
- Author revision: 2–4 weeks
- Final decision: within 8–12 weeks of submission
- Production and online publication: 1–2 weeks after acceptance
These are targets rather than guarantees. Complex manuscripts, difficulty securing suitable reviewers, or multiple revision rounds may extend the timeline; authors are notified when this occurs.
Archiving
All published issues remain permanently available on this website. Long-term preservation is provided through LOCKSS and CLOCKSS, and DOIs are registered with Crossref to ensure persistent access.
