About the Journal

Jengkol: Journal of Early Childhood, Innovation, Knowledge, and Learning is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing rigorous, evidence-based scholarship in early childhood education. The journal publishes original research articles, systematic reviews, and conceptual studies that explore innovative pedagogies, developmentally appropriate curricula, play-based and holistic learning approaches, as well as policy and community practices that support the growth of young children within Indonesian and broader Southeast Asian contexts. Jengkol welcomes interdisciplinary contributions from education, developmental psychology, and family studies that connect local cultural wisdom with global academic standards, aiming to strengthen the theoretical and practical foundations of early childhood knowledge-building worldwide.
